Your illness doesn't define you - but it is a big part of your life. So I'm doing my best to help others, like me, who have a front-row seat on the struggle bus. I'm raising awareness about invisible illnesses and dynamic disabilities. And I'm equipping and encouraging my fellow spoonies to overcome internalized ableism and learn to put their health first. 

Together we can get the most out of our lives in spite of the struggles - even if that looks different than we envisioned.
